Inmar Intelligence, a leader in healthcare technology and compliance solutions, has been awarded national group purchasing agreements with Premier, Inc. for pharmacy claims reconciliation services and DSCSA compliance solutions. Effective July 2025, the new agreements allow Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for comprehensive pharmacy revenue cycle management and regulatory compliance solutions.
"Every pharmacy we work with is under pressure to do more with less. That often means fewer people, tighter reimbursement, and higher expectations," said Brian Nightengale, EVP and President of Healthcare Solutions at Inmar Intelligence. "These agreements with Premier support both revenue performance and regulatory readiness. From simplifying claims reconciliation to ensuring DSCSA compliance, pharmacies need infrastructure that delivers clarity, reliability, and results."
The pharmacy claims reconciliation agreement represents a new contract category, providing Premier members with access to Inmar's automated reconciliation platform that addresses rising patient volumes, tighter margins, and disconnected systems. The platform provides comprehensive traceability from claim submission to bank deposit, featuring real-time alerts for payment discrepancies and achieving a 99% electronic reconciliation rate. Premier members will benefit from benchmarking data encompassing over 85 million patients and 25% of national pharmacy claims volume, enabling finance teams to identify anomalies and address performance gaps more effectively.
The new three-year DSCSA compliance agreement expands Inmar's existing relationship with Premier, adding broader trade class coverage and enhanced functionality to the platform that provides unit-level serialization, electronic product tracing, and secure data exchange across the pharmaceutical supply chain. Inmar's field teams continue to guide pharmacies through onboarding, implementation, and audit preparedness.
Across its pharmacy clients, Inmar has helped reduce reconciliation costs by up to 30% and cut days sales outstanding by two full days. The platform meets the highest industry standards for security and compliance, with robust certifications and proprietary features designed to protect sensitive data.
