Spencer Baird
CEO
Spencer Baird is the CEO of Inmar Intelligence. He joined the company in May 2020 as Chief Transformation Officer and assumed the role of CEO in September 2022. Today, he leverages his extensive consumer packaged goods, retail and e-commerce expertise and passion for innovation to lead with a unique vision focused on making businesses smarter to improve consumers’ lives. His expertise in omnichannel engagement and data-driven decision systems enables him to create effective strategies that deliver impact and efficiency for Inmar's customers.
Under his leadership, Inmar has entered a transition period marked by leadership and cultural changes, enterprise portfolio optimization, and a deep focus on building a new foundation for the future. Emphasizing organic growth and market leadership, Spencer has effectively repositioned the business through a robust, customer-centric approach that emphasizes over-delivering on customer expectations via products, delivery, and most importantly, outcomes.
Spencer has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in grocery retail, e-commerce, and consumer packaged goods with some of the industry's best-known and most respected companies, including HJ Heinz, The Dannon Company, Kellogg Company, Ahold Delhaize, and Peapod (within Ahold Delhaize). Spencer is currently a member of the board of the Winston Salem Alliance and Piedmont Triad Partnership, and was formerly a member of The Western Michigan University marketing program and the Fiduciary Committee for Ahold Delhaize US. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Wesleyan University and was recently named a 2023 Emerging Leader by The Shelby Report as well as a 2023 C-Suite Award honoree by Triad Business Journals.

Pia Ostos
EVP, Chief Performance Officer
Pia Ostos is EVP, Chief Performance Officer for Inmar Intelligence. As Inmar’s first-ever CPO, Pia leverages her diverse background and skill set in business strategy and building high-performing teams to help lead the company in a new chapter marked by organizational transformation and record growth. Pia oversees a team of HR, Marketing, and Communications leaders focused on accelerating Inmar’s strategic initiatives through organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, corporate culture, and brand building.
Since joining Inmar in 2020, Pia has served in several leadership roles, most recently VP and General Manager, CPGs, where she led product and commercial strategy including P&L ownership for Inmar’s entire CPG business unit. Prior to joining Inmar, Pia spent 12+ years in brand management roles with Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods and retail companies including Procter & Gamble, Hasbro, and Wayfair. She has successfully launched, turned around, and scaled businesses by leading short & long-term strategy, product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and merchandising/trade initiatives — all while demonstrating outstanding leadership and driving a culture of excellence wherever she goes. Throughout her career, Pia has been regarded as a natural collaborator and connector, always fostering an environment of partnership and shared success. Pia strives to help teams to find an even better way, and under Pia’s leadership the team will benefit from her possibility-oriented mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
Pia holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. She is a Mentor at Endeavor, the world’s leading entrepreneurial community, and was named Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery, Senior-Level Executive, 2024 . Beyond work, Pia enjoys golf (junior MX national champion & top 3 globally), running (8 marathons, 2 Olympic triathlons), and travel (65+ countries).

Rich Schmidt
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Rich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Inmar. He is responsible for directing the financial activities of the organization, and for establishing and monitoring the company’s budgets and forecasts and ensuring that Inmar’s capital is invested for growth. Rich oversees Inmar’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, procurement and risk management functions.
Rich’s career includes more than twenty years of finance experience with more than thirteen of these years spent concurrently supporting Inmar’s Technology team. He is a seasoned Inmar veteran, having served in a number of finance and technology roles.
Rich leverages a diverse background with significant experience in finance and technology to adeptly guide his teams to focus on performance. His areas of expertise include finance and accounting, mergers and acquisition, IT strategy and infrastructure, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and procurement.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA, both from Wake Forest University, and is a CPA, licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Srini Varadarajan
SVP, Chief Technology Officer
Srini Varadarajan is SVP, Chief Technology Officer for Inmar Intelligence. In his role, Srini leads the unified Global Technology Organization — a team of more than 800 associates — focused on scaling innovation, driving consistency across products and platforms, and developing our technology talent with greater intention.
Srini is regarded for his knowledge in distributed systems architecture and software development, as well as technology management, including systems and processes, capacity planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management. Beyond his technical expertise, Srini is a skilled leader with a track record of building high performing, globally distributed teams.
Srini has played a key role at Inmar for nearly 14 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Software Engineering within the Martech division, where he drove enterprise-grade product innovation with a focus on customer needs. He led the successful scaling of Inmar's digital promotions platform from a few hundred rooftops to several thousand, significantly expanding its reach and impact.
Prior to joining Inmar, Srini led an engineering team to create a customer master data management system for the Volvo enterprise used by all global systems in more than 130 countries. Earlier in his career, he consulted with and led geographically distributed engineering teams at leading organizations including Old Republic International (Mortgage Insurance Division), Avis (formerly Cendant Corporation), J.P. Morgan Chase, AXA Financial, and other Fortune 500 companies.
Srini holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Math and Statistics from the University of Madras in India.

Rob Weisberg
EVP & President, MarTech
Rob Weisberg, EVP and President of Martech at Inmar Intelligence, most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Invaluable which he joined in October 2012 and built it into the world’s leading online marketplace for buying fine art, antiques and collectibles.
Prior to Invaluable, Rob was Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, where he led brand and media strategy growing the company to 760,000 members and through its successful 2011 IPO.
Rob was also Vice President of Multimedia Marketing at Domino's Pizza, where he led media strategy and the development and launch of Domino’s Online Ordering, which is now responsible for over 55% of system-wide sales.
Prior to joining Domino’s Pizza, Rob rose through the agency account services team ranks at a number of leading Madison Avenue agencies including Grey and Ogilvy, working on world class brands such as: Microsoft, Six Flags, Hotels.com, Nestle, Sunglass Hut, Guinness, Reebok, IBM, American Express, Kraft Foods and others.
Weisberg received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certificate in business management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Rochester in New York.

Brian Nightengale
EVP & President, Healthcare
Dr. Brian Nightengale is EVP and President of Healthcare at Inmar Intelligence. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Brian leads the division in delivering data-driven solutions that improve patient safety, access and affordability, as well as creating greater operational efficiencies for healthcare organizations and bringing increased value to stakeholders throughout the healthcare supply chain.
Prior to joining Inmar, Brian was President of Community Retail & Long-Term Care for Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) where he led several of the company’s businesses, including the Good Neighbor Pharmacy® and Elevate Provider Network® Programs, and SmartSource®, Cencora’s secondary wholesale brand. Under his leadership at Good Neighbor Pharmacy, the franchise was consistently recognized for providing outstanding customer service and ranked highest in customer satisfaction by JD Power and Associates. In addition, Brian spent over 20 years in senior leadership positions with Xcenda®, Cencora’s pharmaceutical services consulting division. Over the course of his career, Brian has gained deep expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, community, specialty and LTC pharmacy, health policy and reimbursement, health economics, brand value strategy, consulting business operations and executive management, and business strategy.
Brian has received numerous accolades for his contributions to the pharmaceutical industry and, over the course of his career, managed and provided expert counsel on well over 200 outcomes research and strategy engagements. He is a former Chair of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and a board member of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA), Kennedy Pharmacy Innovation Center at the University of South Carolina, and Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy.

Fred Jorgenson
EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Chief Privacy Officer
Fred is Inmar’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Inmar, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of AuthenTec, Inc. as the company transitioned from a venture backed start-up to a publicly traded industry leader. In addition to key roles in AuthenTec’s 2007 IPO and M&A activities, Fred was a significant contributor in the October 2012 sale of the company to Apple Inc. Prior to AuthenTec, Fred was Senior Counsel for intellectual property and licensing at Raytheon Company, the Chief Executive Officer of RJ Mears, LLC, and Assistant General Counsel of Fujitsu Network Communications.
He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a JD degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the bar in the states of North Carolina and Florida, as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Orr Orenstein
SVP, Artificial Intelligence
As Inmar Intelligence’s inaugural Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, Orr Orenstein spearheads the company’s AI-driven innovation and growth strategy, while fostering an AI-ready culture. With extensive expertise spanning Engineering, Technology, Product Management, and Operations, Orr plays a pivotal role in embedding AI as a transformative force both within Inmar and for its diverse customer base. In his leadership capacity, Orr defines and executes Inmar’s AI blueprint — overseeing the development, deployment, and strategic integration of enterprise AI initiatives that drive measurable impact across industries.
Previously, Orr served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at Aki, Inmar’s Media division, where he led Engineering, R&D, Revenue Operations, and technology initiatives. Leading up to Aki’s acquisition by Inmar, Orr served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Engineering, Data Science, IT, Operations, and Finance. Orr's earlier achievements include scaling Mobile Theory as CTO through its acquisition by Opera Software, where he managed all technology, Operations, and Innovation efforts.
Orr’s leadership extends beyond technical mastery; he is recognized for advancing the implementation of ethical and responsible AI. As Chair of Inmar’s AI Steering Committee, Orr ensures AI solutions align with the company’s mission of making businesses smarter to enhance consumer experiences. Orr holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Outside of work, he is a certified PADI Divemaster and actively supports environmental nonprofits, while also advocating for mindful and responsible innovation as a member of Wisdom 2.0.

Wendy Barnes

Wendy Barnes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2025 and has over 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmacy and medical benefit industry.
Most recently, Wendy served as CEO of RxBenefits from 2022 to 2024, where she led the company in providing pharmacy benefit support to more than 2,000 self-insured clients, representing over 3 million lives. Prior to that, she served as President of Express Scripts Pharmacy, overseeing operations for 100 million beneficiaries. Her leadership spans roles at Rite Aid, Premier Inc., and the U.S. Air Force, where she served as a Medical Service Corps Officer.
She holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Lane McDonald

As Managing Director, Operations & Strategy, Lane works with investment and management teams to assess new investments and define and execute value-creation priorities. Lane is based in New York and joined the OMERS Private Equity team in 2022.
Prior to joining OMERS, Lane was the Global Head of Financials, Business Services and Education for the Industry Value Creation team at Partners Group and before that, helped build the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. She also has held various operations and strategy roles at Ropes & Gray, JetBlue Airways, American Express, Delta Air Lines and Bain & Company.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she sits on the Advisory Board of the Institute for the Arts and Humanities and the Chancellor's Philanthropic Council.

Geoff Bird is Co-head North America Buyout, Head of Business Services at OMERS Private Equity and is based in New York. Geoff is primarily focused on new investments in the business services and healthcare services sector, and has been actively involved with, or on the board of, several current and former investments, including Medical Knowledge Group, Paradigm, Inmar, Epiq, CHG Healthcare, Nordco and Marketwired.
Joining OMERS in 2007, Geoff has over 15 years of private equity experience, before which he worked for several years with Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance group in Toronto, where he was involved in a variety of transaction-related advisory services. Geoff has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
He holds a CPA and is also a CFA® charterholder.

Conor Malloy

Conor is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity in New York and is responsible for the origination, execution, and management of private equity investments. He joined the team in October 2022.
Prior to joining OMERS, Conor was a Principal at Liberty Hall Capital Partners, where he worked on leveraged buyouts and supported portfolio companies. Previously, he was an Associate at MidOcean Partners and began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.
Conor graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.
