Success today is measured by more than financial performance. Organizations are increasingly evaluated on how effectively they manage risk, strengthen operations, support their people, and build trust with customers and communities.

As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices, Inmar also earned the EcoVadis Committed Badge in recognition of our sustainability management efforts. This milestone reflects our focus on continuous improvement and complements the progress highlighted throughout this report.

Inmar's 2025 Sustainability and Ethical Impact Report demonstrates how sustainability and ethical business practices have become integral to the way we operate. Rather than existing as separate initiatives, they are embedded across our business to improve efficiency, strengthen resilience, and create long-term value for our customers, partners, associates, and communities.

Throughout 2025, this integrated approach produced measurable results across the enterprise:

  • One full year with zero lost-time accidents at our Grand Prairie facility and zero reportable environmental spills company-wide.
  • Approximately 4,984 metric tons of CO₂ emissions avoided through data center virtualization and cooling modernization.
  • Voluntary turnover decreased by 25.6%, while associate engagement increased to 79%.
  • More than 1,300 associates completed generative AI training, helping accelerate innovation and improve productivity.

These outcomes reinforce an important truth: sustainability and ethical impact are not separate from business performance—they help drive it.

Three Strategic Pillars Driving Long-Term Value

Our strategy is built around three interconnected pillars: Environmental Responsibility, Social Impact, and Strong Governance. Together, they help us operate more efficiently, innovate responsibly, and maintain accountability across every part of our business.

Environmental Responsibility: Improving Efficiency and Reducing Impact

During 2025, Inmar established its first enterprise-wide greenhouse gas emissions baseline of 3,519 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent, creating an important foundation for future planning and emissions management.

At the same time, investments in infrastructure modernization continued to improve operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact. These initiatives included LED lighting upgrades, HVAC optimization, continued data center modernization, and a hybrid workplace model that reduced our physical footprint and energy consumption. Our recycling efforts also diverted significant waste from landfills, including more than 804 tons of cardboard recycled during the year.

Together, these initiatives improve resource utilization while supporting long-term operational resilience.

Social Impact: Investing in People and Strengthening Communities

Our greatest impact comes from our people and the solutions we provide to customers.

In 2025, we achieved 100% job-level alignment, increased associate engagement to 79%, and reduced voluntary turnover by more than 25%. These improvements strengthen workforce stability, increase productivity, and support consistent execution across the organization.

We also invested in the future of work by training more than 1,300 associates in generative AI, equipping teams with new capabilities that improve efficiency and foster innovation

Beyond our workforce, our core business continues to create meaningful environmental and community impact. Since the program’s inception in the fall of 2017, Inmar’s Consumer Drug Take Back team has collected more than 4.3 million pounds of unwanted medications through 6,800+ Safe Disposal kiosks nationwide.

Strong governance provides the foundation for sustainable growth.

In 2025, Inmar strengthened oversight by establishing a cross-functional Sustainability Committee and further integrating sustainability into enterprise risk management. This governance framework enhances accountability, supports informed decision-making, and reinforces consistent operational performance.

Key achievements included:

  • Zero reportable environmental incidents.
  • Zero OSHA incidents.
  • More than 90 regulatory licenses supporting operations.
  • 100% compliance training completion across key financial operations.

These results demonstrate our commitment to operating responsibly while maintaining the high standards our customers and partners expect.

Where Performance and Purpose Come Together

At Inmar, environmental responsibility, social impact, and strong governance are interconnected drivers of business performance.

By embedding these principles into how we operate, we improve resource allocation, strengthen operational resilience, enhance risk management, and build lasting trust with customers, partners, associates, and the communities we serve.

As operating environments become increasingly complex, this integrated approach positions Inmar to scale responsibly while delivering the reliability, accountability, and performance our stakeholders depend on.
