Alcohol demand remains strong, but the path to purchase is becoming more complicated.
Today's consumers are discovering products through more channels, evaluating more options, and making final decisions later in the shopping journey. 74% use multiple touchpoints before deciding what to buy, while only 24% purchase the same adult beverage brand every time they shop. And even at the shelf, many decisions are still up for grabs; 83% percent of consumers are still deciding between options when in store, where 63% are also open to switching brands.
