We’re excited to announce that three of Inmar’s very own — Laura Arnett, Haley Boyle, and Ranjana Choudhry — have been named winners of Progressive Grocer’s 2025 Top Women in Grocery (TWIG) awards.
The TWIG awards are among the most respected recognitions in the grocery industry, honoring women leaders who are creating meaningful change across retail, CPG, media, and tech. Winners are selected for their contributions to business growth, operational excellence, strategic innovation, and leadership within their organizations and the broader industry.
We’re proud to see Laura, Haley, and Ranjana recognized for the impact they’re making across three very different — but equally essential — areas of our business:
- Laura Arnett – For her visionary leadership in developing and executing strategic retail partnerships that drive results
- Haley Boyle – For her commitment to reimagining the digital shelf and helping brands show up where it matters most
- Ranjana Choudhry – For her bold, future-facing approach to media strategy and platform innovation as SVP of Media and Data Platforms
Each of these leaders exemplifies the kind of collaboration, creativity, and execution that define our work at Inmar. Their recognition not only highlights individual excellence — it also reflects the broader progress being made by women across our industry.
Laura, Haley, and Ranjana will be honored at the Top Women in Grocery Gala on November 7, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, following Progressive Grocer’s Grocery Impact conference.
Their recognition reflects the bold, innovative spirit that drives Inmar forward — and the continued leadership of women shaping the future of our industry.
