SPENCER BAIRD

CEO

Spencer Baird is the Chief Executive Officer of Inmar Intelligence. Spencer joined Inmar in May 2020 as Chief Transformation Officer and quickly expanded his contribution as President of Martech. In this role, he led Inmar’s Retail Commerce Platform, Media and Data to speed the industry's digital transformation and meet escalating consumer demand for personalized, targeted digital marketing and messaging to reach, motivate and build relationships. He uses extensive retail expertise in omni-channel engagement, merchandising, data-driven decision systems and sales attribution measures to develop strategies for maximizing retail and manufacturer data. And he leverages media market and ad tech domain expertise to build fortified business models in programmatic promotions and social platforms using applied AI and other technologies to drive advertiser returns.

Spencer has more than 18 years of executive leadership experience in grocery retail, e-commerce and Consumer Packaged Goods with some of the best known and most respected companies in the industry including HJ Heinz, The Dannon Company, Kellogg Company, Ahold Delhaize and Peapod. After various leadership roles on the brick and mortar side at Ahold Delhaize, he was Chief Merchant at Peapod. During his time at Peapod, Spencer helped design the omni-channel vision and go-forward plan at Ahold Delhaize that resulted in the formation of Peapod Digital Labs.

Spencer is currently a member of the board of the Winston Salem Alliance and Piedmont Triad Partnership, the Advisory Council for Dairy Management Institute (DMI) and The Western Michigan University marketing program and was formerly a member of the Fiduciary Committee for Ahold Delhaize US.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Wesleyan College and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.

ANN-MARIE DAUGHERTY

PRESIDENT, SUPPLYTECH DIVISION

Ann-Marie Daugherty is President of Inmar’s Supplytech Division. Ann-Marie's exceptional Supply Chain leadership experience and success includes nine years with Giant Eagle in roles including Vice President of Logistics, Senior Director of Transportation and Director of Inbound Logistics and Supply Chain. Prior to Inmar, she held several leadership roles at The Home Depot and Target.

In her career, Ann-Marie has directed numerous logistics optimization initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in transportation savings and generated significant backhaul revenue, all while protecting the retail shelf. She earned the designation as one of Progressive Grocer's Top Women in Grocery multiple times. Most recently, Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine included her in their Top Women in Supply Chain (2021). She holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Rob Weisberg

EVP & President, Incentives & Loyalty

Rob Weisberg most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Invaluable which he joined in October 2012 and built it into the world’s leading online marketplace for buying fine art, antiques and collectibles.

Prior to Invaluable, Rob was Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, where he helped lead the company to 760,000 members and through its successful 2011 IPO.

Rob was also Vice President of Multimedia Marketing at Domino's Pizza, where he led the development and launch of Domino’s Online Ordering, which is now responsible for over 55% of system-wide sales.

Prior to joining Domino’s Pizza, Rob rose through the agency account services team ranks at a number of leading Madison Avenue agencies including Grey and Ogilvy, working on world class brands such as: Microsoft, Six Flags, Hotels.com, Nestle, Sunglass Hut, Guinness, Reebok, IBM, American Express, Kraft Foods and others.

Weisberg received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certificate in business management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Rochester in New York.

Aaron Kechley

EVP & President, Media

Aaron Kechley is EVP and President of Aki Technologies, the Inmar Intelligence Media Division that helps brands reach unique retail audiences through data-driven retail advertising and measurement.

A pioneer in big-data powered marketing technologies, he previously served as President at dataxu, recently acquired by Roku in order to launch its own advertising platform. Earlier in his career, Aaron held product leadership roles at EMC, RSA Security, and venture-backed start-ups, including HelloWallet.com, acquired by Morningstar. Aaron began his career as an economist at the Federal Reserve Board, where he first developed his passion for business opportunities that lie at the intersection of marketplace inefficiencies and technology. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Williams College.

Sharon Joyner-Payne

EVP & Chief People Officer, Ph.D

Sharon Joyner-Payne is Inmar’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications and Great Teams. In this role, she leads Corporate Communications & Marketing, and Human Resource functions for the company, which has more than 5,000 employees in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. She oversees corporate messaging to all internal and external audiences. Sharon first joined Inmar in 1984 as a Customer Service Representative for then Carolina Coupon Clearing and has served in positions of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure.

Prior to this role she was Inmar’s Senior Vice President, Marketing, where she led the development and implementation of the Marketing strategies to support Inmar’s transformative growth in technology innovation, as well as branding.

She holds a BSBA in Marketing from Appalachian State University, an MBA from the Babcock School of Management, Wake Forest University, and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She also is SHRM-SCP certified. Sharon serves as the executive sponsor for and is a charter member of Inmar’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and of Inmar Empowering Women.

Fred Jorgenson

EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Chief Privacy Officer

Fred is Inmar’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Inmar, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of AuthenTec, Inc. as the company transitioned from a venture backed start-up to a publicly traded industry leader. In addition to key roles in AuthenTec’s 2007 IPO and M&A activities, Fred was a significant contributor in the October 2012 sale of the company to Apple Inc. Prior to AuthenTec, Fred was Senior Counsel for intellectual property and licensing at Raytheon Company, the Chief Executive Officer of RJ Mears, LLC, and Assistant General Counsel of Fujitsu Network Communications.

He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a JD degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the bar in the states of North Carolina and Florida, as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Greg Kerr

President, International Strategy & Chief Innovation Officer

Greg serves as Inmar’s President, International Strategy and Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, he provides strong leadership by bringing an innovative mindset and perspective to the design and development of new and existing business models and programming, ensuring alignment between disciplines so as to mobilize resources to achieve breakthrough results. 

Prior to joining Inmar Greg served as Vice President, Software Development, for AuthenTec, where he was responsible for defining software strategy and leading the company’s technical Mergers and Acquisition teams. While with AuthenTec, he was involved in the development of the technology that enables the iPhone’s Touch ID fingerprint identity and played a key role in the company’s sale to Apple, Inc. Prior to AuthenTec, he was Vice President of Engineering, Sonic Solutions, where he led the integration of engineers located across six countries in Europe, Asia and the U.S. Greg also founded several successful software development companies.

He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with Honors in Physical Chemistry. He is fluent in English and German and academic Spanish and Russian.

Rich Schmidt

EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Rich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Inmar. He is responsible for directing the financial activities of the organization, and for establishing and monitoring the company’s budgets and forecasts and ensuring that Inmar’s capital is invested for growth. Rich oversees Inmar’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, procurement and risk management functions.

Rich’s career includes more than twenty years of finance experience with more than thirteen of these years spent concurrently supporting Inmar’s Technology team. He is a seasoned Inmar veteran, having served in a number of finance and technology roles.

Rich leverages a diverse background with significant experience in finance and technology to adeptly guide his teams to focus on performance. His areas of expertise include finance and accounting, mergers and acquisition, IT strategy and infrastructure, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and procurement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA, both from Wake Forest University, and is a CPA, licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Rob Zomok

Strategic Advisor

Rob is a strategic advisor and industry expert and formerly the President, SupplyTech at Inmar. He joined Inmar in this role in January 2016. Rob brings tremendous global supply chain leadership experience to Inmar. During his 25+ years in Supply Chain, he has gained a reputation for making significant domestic and international supply chain operational improvements for companies such as Hershey, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and Meguiar’s. He also served as Lead Faculty Area Chair for the University of Phoenix School of Business, where he taught graduate-level and undergraduate-level courses in management theory, strategic planning, economics and organizational behavior. Rob was Senior Director of Client Solutions and Analytics, and Director of Operations for the Northeast Region for Inmar. He is also a Board Member of the Second Harvest Food Bank.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with Distinction and an MBA from Penn State University.
