General
My LifeInCheck Mobile App/cardholder portal account is locked:
Please email EBTHelp@inmar.com the following information:
- The subject line of the email must include the word LOCKED
- In the body of the email you must include the following:
- Name on the LA EBT card
- The last six (6) digits of your LA EBT card number
- Last four (4) digits of your Social Security number or the last four (4) digits of the student ID.
I need to change my email address
You have several options for updating your email address.
This can be accomplished: In the cardholder portal https://la-ch.lifeincheckebt.com (Home & Account Settings) or On the LifeInCheck™ EBT mobile app (My Account & Change Email).
I lost my card and need a replacement
You have several options for requesting a new card. Please remember that you have to report your card lost, stolen or damaged first before requesting a replacement.
This can be accomplished in the cardholder portal at: https://la-ch.lifeincheckebt.com (Home & Card Management)
The LifeInCheck™ EBT mobile app (My Account & I need Help With My SNAP/Cash Card), or Via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling 1-888-997-1117.
My replacement card is not active
For security reasons, replacement cards must be activated upon receipt. Please refer to the next question ‘How do I PIN or activate my card’ for further info.
I found my card. Can you reactivate it?
No, once a card is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated.
How do I PIN/Activate my card or reset my PIN?
You have several options to PIN or activate your card:

What’s my balance?
You have several options for getting your balance.
This can be accomplished in the cardholder portal at: https://la-ch.lifeincheckebt.com (Home page after login)
The LifeInCheck™ EBT mobile app (Transaction History; SNAP/Cash Available Balance)
The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling the number on the back of your LA EBT card (1-888-997-1117) after you enter your 16 digit card number your balance will be provided.
P-EBT
How do I activate my child’s P-EBT Card?
To activate your child’s P-EBT card, you will need your child’s student ID number to enter in place of their Social Security number. If you do not have your child’s student ID number, please contact your school.
How do I link my child’s P-EBT account to mine and/or my other child’s account?
You cannot link multiple children’s P-EBT accounts. Each child will require a separate registration.
DSNAP
DSNAP- How do I link my account to my previous DSNAP card?
You cannot link DSNAP accounts from different storms. If you receive a replacement card for the same storm, it is automatically linked to the correct account.
DSNAP - Unregister old account so I can use the same email for new DSNAP card/case

How do I request a replacement DSNAP card?
