Supply Chain Now Livestream: Maximizing Value Recovery on Returns

The bad news about e-commerce is that returns volume from online sales is three times greater than returns volume from brick and mortar stores. The good news is that e-commerce returns are 70-80% more likely to go back into stock. That’s an incredible opportunity for value recovery but sellers need to have a profit-protecting disposition strategy in place for returned product that can’t go back on shelf.

Curtis Greve, our VP of Liquidation -- and unofficial Master of the Secondary Market -- sat down with Supply Chain Now for their Reverse Logistics Livestream to share insights into what online sellers need to do to optimize their returns management and maximize value recovery for customer returns, overstocks and excess inventory.
