Inmar and Wake Forest Innovation Quarter Host 5K Run/Walk

Inmar's annual 5K, held in its headquarters city of Winston-Salem, NC, has been central to the company's award-winning Wellness program for four years now. A favorite among its associates, Inmar is expanding this year's race on September 10 — collaborating with Wake Forest Innovation Quarter to deliver a day of serious and fun competition for those of all experience levels. The 2016 Inmar/Innovation Quarter 5K is also part of the new Piedmont Race Series.

The race will begin and end at Bailey Park, located in downtown Winston-Salem adjacent to Wake Forest Innovation Quarter. There will be fun activities occurring throughout the morning in addition to the 5K. Both runners and walkers are encouraged to participate. Race day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and close promptly at 8:30 a.m. to prepare for the 9:00 a.m. race time. There is a $25 registration fee, which includes professional timing, race bib and t-shirt. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.
