And while much of the buzz currently centers on the change in retail, in truth this evolution is affecting every one of us — retailers, manufacturers, healthcare institutions, nonprofits, government agencies. It doesn’t matter whether your focus is B2B, B2C, B2G, C2C, G2C, G2B, your business or organization is, or will be, touched by what is happening.
But we have never been more ready to take on a changing world for two reasons. One, humans have an incredible capacity for adaptation and change, which we have demonstrated for millennia, and two, because we have never had so much data to guide us and so many tools to enable us. We are ready and positioned to take advantage of the coming opportunities.
