A recall is one of those things that you think only happens to other companies, until one day, it hits unexpectedly. Everyone from the media to your customers want answers on everything from how and what to communicate to how to report the progress to the regulatory agencies – daily. Bottom line, you need an action plan to minimize risk, maintain your brand and company image and retain your customer loyalty. Not an easy task for anyone, especially if you have never experienced a recall.
This presentation will reveal some of the best practices for recall management in the three key areas of pre-event, event and post event. Key tips will be provided to help you be more prepared and in control…just in case it happens to your company.
