Training and Documentation Coordinator (IRL)

POSITION SUMMARY

Develop and administer a Training and Documentation program for the reverse logistics operations team.  Create written and computer based training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the current business, new client implementations, and new systems implementations.     
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with other departments within the Company to meet client and Company objectives.
  • Develop and administer written and computer based training materials and standard operating procedures to support Reverse Logistics Operations.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of training materials and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure processes are established and followed to maintain current training materials and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor training programs for effectiveness.
  • Provide support to trainers and end users.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Support a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations and reporting all safety hazards.
     
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or its equivalent with three (3) or more years experience preferably with the responsibility for training and/or technical writing; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the responsibilities of this position.
  • Computer literacy with intermediate MS Office skills specifically in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet objectives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with hazardous waste
  • Ability to travel overnight 20% of the year
