Software and Application Support Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Under general direction of the Director, the incumbent plans, organizes and manages all phases of the SDLC as it relates to software and applications under the Inmar Applications Team umbrella. This will include but is not limited to support of software both in house developed and packaged for the Finance, Human Resources, and other functional areas of Inmar Corporate.
This position will have primary accountability for day to day support of internal clients and systems as well as direction setting regarding software roadmaps for the supported platforms of the Inmar Applications Team including but not limited to MSFT Dynamics GP, MSFT SharePoint / MOSS, ReqLogic, Analysis cubes, MSFT Project Server, MSFT TFS, and ClearQuest.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under general direction from the Vice President of Inmar Reverse Logistics Support, the manager is responsible for supporting the business systems that support the Inmar Reverse Logistics business and drive the business toward its objectives. Work is tactical in nature with input into the longer-term strategic plans for the group/business. Oversees current priorities and helps define projects on the horizon for the functional area assigned.
Walks and talks the Inmar culture and values and instills them in others. This position requires a solid functional knowledge of the systems, applications, technology, methodologies, and/or enterprise-wide business processes. They are responsible for the work output and performance of their direct reports (as applicable) and self across all dimensions. This includes day-to-day work output (work plans & project tracking), project planning and execution, fiscal management, work flow and business process improvements, people development, personnel/performance issues, appraisal feedback and performance management, cross-team/user relationships, team building and motivation, adding value to Inmar, living and instilling our values, to name some of the primary responsibilities.
Positive influence, business/functional knowledge, and leadership skills in general are key to this position.
Participation in cross-functional area decisions and direction setting is common. Under the supervision of the BDM, incumbent effectively manages assigned clients for RFS and ancillary services products. Incumbent will apply a broad knowledge of services for Inmar Promotion Services, products and marketing techniques to manage client relationships and grow revenue within the assigned clients. The Account Executive is responsible to ensure the successful ongoing relationship with assigned clients by interfacing between sales and operations to ensure delivery of commitments and proposed solutions, re-sales of additional promotions, making client presentations and recommendations, identify client needs and work with company resources to identify solutions to meet those needs. The incumbent develops relationships with key individuals within the client organization and works to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and new business. Account Representative (RFS)

Under the regular daily supervision of the manager and in collaboration with senior team members, the incumbent performs detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer-service nature to Clients on day-to-day communications. Typical duties include data base maintenance (I-series & Alinea), communicating to the Client on any questions regarding data base issues, educating and training Clients on the rebate, fulfillment & sweepstakes (RFS) industry and responding to ad hoc inquiries relating to promotion evaluation or transaction settlement. Daily communication with internal departments will also be required to understand promotion requirements, database setup, invoicing, fee structures and resolving client and/or consumer issues. Internal departments may include, but not limited to Sales, Consumer Care, Payment Administration Center, Accounts Receivable and Product Management/Development. The incumbent prepares and reviews standard reports for all assigned accounts, some customized reports such as end of promotion reports and some customized invoicing. The incumbent should be knowledgeable in all Promotion Services products and be able to use systems with limited assistance.
