Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance

The Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance is responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental protection statutes and regulations with a special focus on waste, hazardous waste generation and disposal. The Senior Director is also responsible for compliance with all food safety statutes and regulations (USDA and FDA) as well as DEA, state and local statutes and regulations in the handling and disposal of over-the-counter drugs and controlled substances in our reverse logistics environment.
The Senior Director will exercise leadership in the critical area of compliance through direct engagement with operations, other executive staff, regulatory agencies and customer contacts. The Senior Director will also be expected to manage risk and oversee the introduction of new and/or revised practices, procedures, and policies to ensure the success of the program. The Senior Director will establish cooperative dealings with pertinent regulatory agencies and be an expert resource to Inmar management on regulatory issues/risks for existing and new business under consideration.

Client Services Representative (IRL)

Under the general supervision of the Client Services Manager, the incumbent performs detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of clients’ data. Typical duties include day-to-day communications with clients regarding processed data, system functionality, and file maintenance questions and issues. Other responsibilities include processing client information, generating and reconciling clients’ store credit and vendor information, reviewing and analyzing all data and reports, and sending the CLS management reporting package to the client. Other assignments may include assisting with special projects and job scheduling within the department. The incumbent should be knowledgeable in all CLS services and be able to use the system with limited assistance.

The incumbent is responsible for applying GAAP to the management of clients’ complex third-party prescription receivables business, managing day-to-day client relationships, and interacting with numerous internal and external parties. (Internal-Inmar Technology Solutions (ITS) Project Delivery, CS Product Development, CS Sales; External-Clients, third-party payors, Client auditors). Collections Analyst - PRISM

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Client Services Manager, the Collections Analyst performs detailed level analysis to identify and follow up on collection opportunities. The incumbent is responsible for contacting Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM’s), Industry Payers, and other Third-Party Processors on behalf of assigned accounts in order to meet contractual agreements with Clients. Responsibilities include developing a tracking mechanism to provide clients with collection activity, meeting contractual agreements around write-off percentages related to collection activity, presenting results to clients, managing day-to-day client relationships, interacting with other departments such as Sales & Client Services, Product Marketing, Accounts Receivable, and Carolina Services Management, as well as performing other client services duties. Additional responsibilities include acting as a back up Account Analyst, developing and improving operating processes, and documenting and implementing those processes.

Account Representative -RFS (CMS)

Under the regular daily supervision of the manager and in collaboration with senior team members, the incumbent performs detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer-service nature to Clients on day-to-day communications. Typical duties include data base maintenance (I-series & Alinea), communicating to the Client on any questions regarding data base issues, educating and training Clients on the rebate, fulfillment & sweepstakes (RFS) industry and responding to ad hoc inquiries relating to promotion evaluation or transaction settlement. Daily communication with internal departments will also be required to understand promotion requirements, database setup, invoicing, fee structures and resolving client and/or consumer issues. Internal departments may include, but not limited to Sales, Consumer Care, Payment Administration Center, Accounts Receivable and Product Management/Development. The incumbent prepares and reviews standard reports for all assigned accounts, some customized reports such as end of promotion reports and some customized invoicing. The incumbent should be knowledgeable in all Promotion Services products and be able to use systems with limited assistance.
