POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of facility equipment and systems for a warehouse distribution center in Ft. Worth, Texas.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure production quality and quantity while supporting the goals of the company.
- Incumbent will implement programs and procedures to ensure cleanliness of the facility.
- Initiate, implement and manage the facility maintenance program based on the best practices in the consumer goods industry with an emphasis on planning and preventative maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Ability to:
- Effectively repair and provide routine machine maintenance in a production operations environment.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with a start up operation is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) will be helpful.
