Financial Services Representative - PRISM Reconciliation

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconciliation Operations for Independent Pharmacies

  • Manage Enrollment Management (internal roster management, paperwork handling, early Welcome messaging – phone and email)
  • Manage the process flow for inbound PBM payment data management (requests for consolidated PBM 835 files and monitoring of progress, store-submitted PBM paper remittance handling)
  • Make requests for claims data and post claims (communication with data switches, claims validation, claims posting)

Account Management for Independent Pharmacies

  • Provide Account Management-style customer service to independent pharmacies in designated client bases
  • Execute a monthly internal review of all accounts, place a brief check-in phone call to each client pharmacy
  • Assist Call Center team in addressing issues from inbound calls and email from independent pharmacies (research and review issues, make return phone calls)

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the RxRecon service and RxRecon Web Portal

  • Host online meetings, make general training presentations and give RxRecon Web Portal demonstrations using the WebEx online meeting tool
  • Assist with inbound pre-sales questions from Relay Health and AccessHealth sales teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Quick and intuitive learner with excellent reading and listening comprehension skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to perform at a fast pace and high level 
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop and implement solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in making presentations and/or giving demonstrations using an online meeting tool such as WebEx
  • Prior pharmacy experience and a working knowledge of accounts receivable a plus

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years accounting, banking, or financial operations/customer service experience
