2005

Universal Solutions International (USI) - Consumer Products Division- Established in 1989, the Company provides returned goods management and supply chain analysis, for retailers and manufacturers. These global supply chain studies were industry recognized for assisting clients in improving the overall supply chain. This acquisition not only expanded Inmar's position with manufacturers for returned goods, it also resulted in supply chain analysis capabilities through the addition of a skilled field force and analytical resources.

USF Processors - Established in 1979, the Company provides returned goods management for retailers and manufacturers in the Consumer Goods (CPG) and Healthcare Markets. In addition, their client base included many new market segments including toys, automotive and internet-related/catalog sales. This acquisition expanded Inmar's reverse logistics capabilities and share to include additional clients in both new and existing markets for CLS, a reverse logistics division of Inmar.

VSI Targeting - Established in 1989, the Company provides analytic and consultative services to the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, helping such companies as Sargento Cheese, Land O' Lakes and Campbell's Soup Company optimize their promotional spend on Free Standing Inserts in the Sunday paper.  The acquisition expanded Inmar's promotions logistics capabilities to include promotions analytics for the CPG clients of CMS, a promotion logistics division of Inmar.

2003

MedTurn, Inc. - Established in 1990, the Company provides a pharmaceutical returned goods management for hospitals, retail pharmacies, chain pharmacies, manufacturers and wholesale/distributors. This acquisition expanded Inmar into a new market of pharmaceutical returns, which included the specialized processing system and all Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) licenses and approvals. For many existing CLS retailer and wholesaler clients, this also provided the advantage of a single third party provider for both healthcare and consumer packaged goods returns.

2001

Consumer Response Company (CRC) - This Company provides coupon processing services primarily to manufacturers with small volume levels of coupons. This acquisition expanded Inmar's position and share with a new segment of clients, while also enhancing the service levels to this segment through an existing promotion logistics solution set. The acquisition also provided a foundation for expansion into rebate and fulfillment services for CMS, the promotion logistics division of Inmar.

1999

Vista Research - Established in 1995, the Company provides remote polling of daily store transactions for specialty retailers and restaurants. This acquisition expanded Inmar's information logistics capabilities and helped launch our RemoteRelief service to provide Remote Systems Management for Inmar and Stratapult clients.

Stratapult Studios - This Company provides Web design and development services to apparel and specialty retail clients. This acquisition expanded Inmar's services to include Web design, branding and information architecture for Inmar sister companies and other clients outside the Inmar family.

1998

National Service and Supply - This Company provides returned goods processing capabilities through a large network of warehouses. This acquisition expanded Inmar's returned goods processing position from primarily a software provider to also a third party logistics provider, allowing CLS to offer a full service reverse logistics solution.
